Visit Niagara

Visitniagara.com is a tourism site promoting visitation and overnight bookings for its partner companies.

The Greater St. Catharines Niagara Accommodation Partners (GSNAP) are a collection of businesses that promote tourism within their community, often partnering with the City of St. Catharines Tourism Department. They were looking for a website refresh with a more modern, clean look that would focus more on the users’ needs than trying to push bookings.

This is the third site redesign we have done with this client over many years. In addition to a tourism information site, this website includes the integration of another related project – an online hotel booking system Chimpanzee developed specifically for this client.

I designed a site that focused on experiential draws rather than rates and dates through fonts, layout and image choices. They wanted something big, bold and image focused to draw users in.
